WILL + NINA

From Nina and I's first phone call, it was evident to us that we were supposed to work with this couple. Before even talking wedding details, budget, etc., we spoke for over an hour about our faith-journeys and how they've transformed with time, our love stories and their respective ups and downs, Richard Rohr, Mewithoutyou, and many other serendipitous commonalities. She told me about the times she and Will had broken up, gotten back together, and how those schisms had been repaired with care, maturity & trust. Their story is raw, embracing & life-giving.

Fast-forward a few months from that conversation and we're flying into rural Pennsylvania to meet Nina at the airport. Despite being the day before her wedding, she offered to come pick us up and drive us to the airbnb she works at, where we'd be staying for the weekend. The following day we drove to her parent's house for wedding. Close friends and family pilgrimaged from all over to bear witness to their commitment to one another. Will and Nina, we are so thankful to have gotten to forge new friendships with you both and are honored that you worked so hard to make sure we could capture your wedding day. May the road of marriage bless you both & continue to sculpt you into the likeness of Love.
